Business productivity solution consists of two mobile applications. These applications are available in Android and iOS platforms and are called MyGigs and MyDay. My Gigs will be used by service providers (Business Owners) and MyDay will be used by customers. Service providers can be self employed professionals or Small businesses . Examples of self employed professionals are Plumbers, Electricians etc . Examples of Small businesses are Spa, family clinics etc.

Customers can schedule appointments with service providers using MyDay App. Appointments will be available in the calendar view and can be cancelled, if needed. Based on the appointment schedule , service will be provided by service provider and once appointment is complete , service provider can bill the customer . Payment can be done using cash / credit card / debit card

Service provider can schedule appointment with MyGigs App and appointments will be added to the calendar. Service provider can define the services provided by the individual or the business. Business owner has the option to define multiple services and multiple staff. Staff can provide multiple services .
